Sent a picture showing proof that's its not installing on my system

Hello still did not get a answer for a picture I submitted. I updated my Analog Labs and it still is not entering. The other ones have entered with no issue

Hi, when you emailed me I sent you several replies explaining fixes I was aware of, but also informed you that this was not an issue I could fix and that you should contact Arturia support. I've pasted a copy of the email in this reply so you can see the relevant fixes I provided however, as I explained, this is not an issue with the files provided with the bank. Please see below for further info

'There seems to be an issue some people are facing using Analog Lab banks made after the update that came with the release of Analog Lab X.

I see the kit you bought before this one was the sonic explorers collection. This collection only makes use of Arturia Pigments which was seemingly unaffected by this issue.

I did some research and spoke with Arturia Support when this issue first occurred and these are something that are recommended as fixes

1. Make sure your on the latest version of Analog Lab
2. Run your DAW/the standalone version of Analog Lab in administrator mode when installing presets
3. Reinstall Analog Lab via Arturia Software Center
4. “Clean Prefs” for Analog Lab via Arturia Software Center

Unfortunately this isn’t an issue with the actual sound bank file as far as I can tell. I’ve tried to replicate the issue myself with no success, and their seems to be no consistent reason as to why the issue occurs

With that being said, if the fixes I’ve given don’t work, all I can do suggest is that you contact Arturia support with the issue as they should be able to give you more help than I am
